Warranty Policy
ATTENTION! Please note that any ANYELUZ products purchased from eBay or unauthorized third-party dealers will not be covered by our warranty, and we will not provide support for them. Additionally, ANYELUZ warranty will not apply to any third-party Amazon sellers, unauthorized dealers, or websites. Before making a purchase, kindly reach out to us first with the supplier's name and where the listing was found so that we can verify their authenticity. Please refrain from purchasing ANYELUZ products from unauthorized dealers, as they will not come with a warranty and we will refuse support. ANYELUZ warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use or misuse. In case of manufacturing defects like leaks or cracks of the container or broken lid, ANYELUZ would proceed with the exchange of the product according to the Exchange Policy. This warranty does not extend to any products; that have been subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper storage, accident, or that have not been properly maintained.
Limited Warranty Policy Limitations
Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.
- All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization.
How to process a warranty claim:
- We recommend customers first try to process their warranty through an authorized dealer when but through a third party in other cases directly with us.
- E-mail the warranty department to obtain Warranty Authorization: warranty issues via email
- Emailing: please include pictures of the item, picture of the proof of purchase, warranty description, customer address and phone number.
- After contacting the warranty department Ship your warranty promptly!
- Include a copy of the original receipt.
- ANYELUZ is not liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.

- Shipping: Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warranty item(s) to ANYELUZ . ANYELUZ covers shipping cost on replacement or repaired item(s) shipping back to the customer.
