FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How to buy?
To find the product you want to buy you can browse through the categories in our category menu or use the search bar. Once you have chosen the product you want, add it to your shopping bag.
When you have added all the products you want, check your order in the cart and click CHECKOUT. Enter your email to continue the process. Fill in your personal and delivery data, and then choose the payment method you want.
Once we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.
2. Why doesn't the purchase option appear on some products?
It's because we currently have no stock on this product, you can add it to the waiting list to be notified when it's back in stock.
3. How long does it take for an order to arrive after being shipped?
Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.
4. What can I do when the page rejects the payment with my card?
If you made a payment and received notification that your payment was REJECTED, you must contact the PayU customer service line 018000113126 to find out the reason for the rejection.
5. What payment options are available?
